    (“State Regulations”)
  • 3 - Reinvigorating America’s Beautiful Clean Coal Industry and Amending Executive Order 14241 (“Coal Industry”)
  • 4 - Zero-based Regulatory Budgeting to Unleash American Energy
    (“Zero-based Regulation”)
