Our fifth session of 2025 featured Aleksandra Radeva and Molly Stutzman at JUST Capital. The conversation included a look into JUST Capital’s approach to ratings and rankings, its role as a non-profit rater, and its plans for a new strategic direction in 2026. Members also shared how their 2025 reporting strategies have changed, most becoming more streamlined and stakeholder-focused.

Speaker biographies

Aleksandra Radeva

Aleksandra Radeva, Senior Manager, Research, JUST Capital

Aleksandra is a Senior Manager, Research at JUST Capital. She is responsible for supporting the research team with data collection and analysis focusing on workers and wages issues. Previous to JUST Capital, Aleksandra was a Research Assistant at the Political Science department of Hofstra University, which motivated her consequent individual research project on minority inclusion policy in Bulgaria. Aleksandra’s professional experience includes interning with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Mission to the United Nations.

Aleksandra received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double-major in Political Science and Global Studies with high honors, and minors in Economics, International Affairs, European Studies, and Geography from Hofstra University. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics. As a member of Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society, she is the recipient of several prestigious research grants and is proficient in five languages.

Molly Stutzman

Molly Stutzman, Senior Manager, Data Operations and Analystics, JUST Capital

Molly Stutzman is the Senior Manager, Data Operations and Analytics. She is responsible for data acquisition, strategy, partnerships and quality assurance. During her time at JUST Capital, she has published insights on human capital disclosure, governance, and board diversity trends.

Prior to working for JUST Capital, Molly worked as an Independent Living Program case manager and a financial literacy resource specialist, helping young adults aging out of foster care access employment, housing and education support. Molly also completed a year of service for Americorps as a YMCA Young Adult Services Volunteer Coordinator. Molly received her Bachelors of Arts in International Political Economy with a minor in Gender Studies from the University of Puget Sound. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration at NYU Stern with a specialization in Sustainability.
