This session we hosted Business for Nature, a global coalition who brings together business and conservation organizations and forward-thinking companies. We covered biodiversity, nature-related disclosure, and the associated frameworks businesses are using the most. Focus was given to Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) and Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), and how companies should use these frameworks in their nature-related disclosures.

Michael Ofosuhene-Wise, Climate and Nature Manager

Prior to joining Business for Nature, Michael worked with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) where he managed a group of ambitious companies to positively influence major international climate policy processes and moments. Michael has also worked on corporate sustainability reporting to help companies improve disclosure of material information to key stakeholders and has worked on initiatives to help companies in measuring and valuing their impacts and dependencies on nature and societies.
