Bouchra Caret‑Rhers

Group Sustainability Director, Solvay

As Solvay’s Director of Sustainable Development, Dr. Bouchra Caret‑Rhers leads the integration of environmental, social and governance priorities across the group’s activities. With a background in chemistry and experience spanning industry, innovation and entrepreneurship, she is committed to transforming industrial models toward more sustainable practices. At Solvay, she plays a key role in decarbonization initiatives and in developing large‑scale sustainable solutions, demonstrating how companies can drive the ecological transition.

Florence Colombo-Fouquet

Vice President in charge of ESG, ENGIE

Florence Colombo Fouquet started her career in 1999 in the French Ministry of Economy and Finance where she held several roles in the energy sector, including Head of the nuclear industry.In 2006, she joined Gaz de France (now ENGIE) as Head of European Affairs. In 2023, Florence became Managing Director One B2C and then oversaw energy and services sales activities for residential customers in six countries (France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Romania, and Australia), representing a portfolio of 20 million customers and 9,000 employees. Finally, in 2025, Florence was appointed VP in charge of ESG matters for the ENGIE Group.

Guillaume Cravero

Global Head of Sustainability and Europe Policy Strategy, Ardian

Guillaume Cravero joined Ardian in 2022 as Head of Public Affairs. After forging strong ties with the Sustainability team, he was appointed Head of Sustainability and Public Affairs Managing Director in 2025, and Global Head of Sustainability and Europe Policy Strategy in 2026. In his role, Guillaume leverages his track record of working across complex stakeholder ecosystems and with European and international institutions, including in positions prior to Ardian as Strategic Advisor to the One Planet Sovereign Wealth Funds initiative and as a ministerial Member of Cabinet in France.

Sabine Hoefnagel

Interim-CEO, ERM

Sabine Hoefnagel has worked at ERM since December 2000, starting as a Senior Consultant in the International Development Team. She has 28 years of experience in sustainability consulting across a range of sectors, including finance, energy, mining, manufacturing, chemicals and agribusiness. She has worked her way through the company, working as Global Leader of Sustainability and Risk and most recently Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Mathias Lelievre

Regional CEO EMEA, ERM

Before joining ERM Mathias was founder and CEO at ENGIE Impact, where he grew the business with a stated mission to make sustainability happen today working with the largest global corporates. Previously he was President and CEO at ENGIE Insight, helping clients leverage resource data to drive efficiencies and reduce environmental impact. Earlier in his career, Mathias held senior roles at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance and the French Nuclear Safety Authority.
