With over 20 years’ experience in corporate governance, risk assurance, internal audit, CSR and certification in both Turkey and Australia, Isil is an ERM CVS APAC Partner, focusing on certification and corporate assurance. In her previous experience at a professional services firm, she led the Internal Audit and Risk Services and established and led the Certification, Compliance and Training team that provided range of ISO certification services, as well as certifications related to Food Safety, HACCP, NDIS, SMETA and TAPA in addition to the in-house and public ISO trainings.

With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Management Systems, Leandro Pereira serves as the Digital Transformation & Accreditation Director at ERM CVS, leading global initiatives in Information Security, Business Continuity, Quality, and Sustainability.

He is a specialist in frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000-1, ISO 28000, NIST CSF 2.0, and TISAX, ensuring governance and resilience frameworks are aligned across different sectors and industries, including sustainability.

Prior to ERM CVS, Leandro held senior leadership roles overseeing global operations, accreditation readiness, and auditor development across multiple regions.

Caio is the North America Sales Director at ERM CVS, specializing in assurance solutions across Information Security, ESG, and digital compliance frameworks. With over a decade of experience supporting organizations through ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, 27018. ISO 27701 and ISO 22301, among other governance and risk management programs, he brings a strong technical perspective on how certification, audit methodology, and controls maturity drive operational resilience. Throughout his career at leading assurance bodies, Caio has combined his background in software development and business administration to bridge the gap between technical requirements and organizational strategy. He is passionate about helping companies build robust management systems, align with international standards, and strengthen digital trust in complex regulatory environments.
