Heather brings over 15 years’ experience managing environmental and sustainability assurance projects for a broad range of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, utilities/power, marine, food, and waste management. As an assessor, she has conducted verifications for greenhouse gas emissions and other sustainability data, certified against ISO 14001, and performed social audits against SMETA's standards to review worker treatment/safety. She found her passion in bespoke audit services, helping clients track improvements in waste reduction, product claims, and other commitments related to plastic, deforestation, and sustainable products.
