Huw Maggs
Senior Manager
“Rarely in history has such clear insight been available into the long-run future of the business landscape. Those who choose to embrace sustainability will future-proof their business models and generate competitive asymmetries in a world of scarce resources.”
Based in London, Huw’s work has bridged mining and materials, ICT, and finance sectors and has included projects for Rio Tinto, Vodafone, and Royal Bank of Scotland. His areas of expertise include strategy, stakeholder engagement, and branding and communications. Huw has recently completed an MBA with distinction from Imperial College Business School.
Prior to joining SustainAbility Huw spent 3 years in Arup’s Sustainability Consulting group where he was responsible for managing strategy, reporting and integration projects for a range of clients, as well as advising UK and European government clients on environmental strategy. Huw also spent four years working as a Sustainability Manager at a large UK firm where he developed significant in-house expertise, managing a range of projects focused on integrating sustainability practices into the business.
