Alicia Ayars

Based in London, Alicia manages SustainAbility’s Engaging Stakeholders Network, which aids companies in developing their understanding of the priorities and material issues surrounding corporate governance, stakeholder engagement and transparency. In her consulting, she focuses on climate change and the energy sector, including work for BP and Shell. Alicia also contributes to SustainAbility’s research, participating in both the Road to Credibility survey and Rate the Raters.
Prior to joining SustainAbility, Alicia worked as a Senior Technical Officer at the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) for three years, where she developed the CDP Information Request. She also advised companies on carbon reporting issues including accounting for renewable energy purchases, boundary setting and developing risk and opportunity indicators.
