Gore and Obama Compete for JFK's Mantle (Nikkei Ecology)
In the wake of two powerful speeches, American politicians Al Gore – the former Vice-President – and Senator Barack Obama — this year’s Democratic presidential nominee – have both been compared to President John F. Kennedy. Reflecting on both speeches, and even though Obama’s power as President could be huge, I think that Gore’s is potentially the more influential – indeed transformational – for business and markets.
