In our recent report on globalization, SustainAbility examined the new players that are powerfully shaping markets, popular culture and global politics – most notably China and India. We noted that the scale of the changes and the growing social and environmental divides arising from current forms of globalization are not only a major concern but can be hard even to grasp.
